Part 1 > Booking tour privacy policy:
We accept online deposit payment instantly as 30% of the total tour costs by credit card with ONEPAY, a secured payment gateway for Master Card, Visa, and American Express. We can also send you secured payment link for deposit payment as your request if you do not want to book with instant payment.

How to pay the balance?: You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi at the address: 17 Hang Hanh Str, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi. For any card payments will be charged extra for the bank fee, it is normally added more 3% for each transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A/ Cancellation of the tour by guests:
Any cancellation should be referred to MADAM MOON GUESTHOUSE & TRAVEL office at the address: 17 Hang Hanh Str, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi in writing by email, following these below terms.
Sharing – from 1 to 3 cabins:
1> More than 7 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
2> From 7 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
3> Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
4> No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation of the tour by Madam Moon Guesthouse & Travel:
We have the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances like: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or order from the Local Authority. If we cancel your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative from us of equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.

Part 2> Booking room at madam moon guesthouse privacy policy:
Check-in: 12:30 – 23:00
Check-out: Before 12:00 at noon time
Earlier check-in is free of charge and possible in case the rooms available
If you prefer ealier check-in, you sould book the room for a night before to keep it available. It will be charged as 70% of the room rates per night

Cancellation of the room in Madam Moon Guesthouse:
 - No fees for Cancellation before 48 hours (2days).
- 100% cost of first night will be charged for cancellation after 48 hours (2 days).

Payment:
- A valid card is available for instant booking our rooms with only 20% will be deposited upon booking if you have direct booking at madam-moon-guesthouse-website
- No deposit requested if you choose "Send email request".

Payment method:

You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi at the address: 17 Hang Hanh Str, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. For credit card payments, a 3% bank fee is added for each transaction.

If you want to make a booking without deposit payment, it is simple and easy to send us a booking request. Booking by email request may not be available for any booking of late arrival at the midnight.

Children and Extra beds:
All children under 5 years stay free of charge (sharing beds)
A room booking will have maximum two children under 5 years stay free of charge (sharing beds)
Older children, adults or any extra bed required, that will be charged extra US$8 per person per night.
